Loreto Leader – October 2012

Well, October has been a great month for Loreto with plenty of exciting things happening,  the first month of league games completed, a cabinet full of awards from the IHA awards night, a newly refreshed website and a brand, new, spanking clubhouse nearing completion! 

I am delighted to see the positive results coming through in all divisions, keep up the hard training as it will pay dividends towards the back end of the season.

IHA Youth Club of the Year

Also, can I just say what an achievement it was to win Youth Club of the Year at the IHA Awards, it was no mean feat and we were up against stiff competition, however our structure, dedication and continued enthusiasm at driving hockey forward secured us the honour. A massive well done to everyone involved!

Over the next month there is plenty of action happening within the club, with cup games beginning and our clubhouse being finalised, I look forward to seeing you all both on and off the pitch!
